- From 9-5, I work in health policy research; most of my work relates to public health and healthcare.
- However, I have a passion for all things wellness.
- Recently, I’ve found myself blending these two passions – research and wellness. So, I figured… Why not combine the two and share it with the world? (i.e. this blog!)
- I’m a hardcore smoothie junky; I drink one every. single. day.
- I have an anxiety disorder, which has led to yoga and meditation being a big part of my life.
- I don’t have any dietary restrictions. I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but I don’t eat meat often.
- I LOVE trying new things and am curious about everything. My husband often quotes me saying: “I don’t know much about it, but I’m interested!”
